Perfex provides a wide range of support services to our operations personnel working directly with clients, including the provision of additional manpower as a technical service. Technical Service Representatives travel to field locations, as needed or requested, to aid in developing chemical programs and troubleshooting problems. Our team of specialized experts can customize individual chemicals and whole programs to address field specific needs. They are equipped and trained to perform numerous on-site analyses (e.g., ATP bacteria testing and preliminary failure analysis).

Regional laboratory support allows for quick turnaround times on water, oil, solids, and other performance and analytical tests. The use of third-party laboratories is also utilized on an as-needed basis. The average laboratory turnaround is 5.68 days once the samples are received. Rush requests can be accommodated, and many analyses can be completed in less than 24hrs.
